2003 – 2004 (1 year)

For a number of services offered by KPN to its customers an Intelligent Network architecture is used. This architecture makes implementing new and changing existing services much simpler. In my role as Technical Project Leader I had good results withy my team as well as on my own, some of these are:

  • Creating opportunities for change requests
  • Professionalization of our team
  • New project plan & quality plan for the extended contract
  • Better communication between Logica-team and client-team


On March 2, 2006 Jan Just Keijser,Sr. ICT Specialist wrote:
